AL--BJB Kitchen Sponge Scouring Pad  Oven Nonwoven  Fabric Making Machine

 

This production line is used to make abrasive pads, which are used as cleaning material for homeuse and industrial use.

House use abrasive pad could be used as sponge pad attaching with sponges, used as toilet cleaner attached with handle, also polishing material with certain devices. Different colors, shapes, thickness are all available in same production line.

 

Industrial use abrasive pad could be used as polishing material for stainless steel, for glasses, for bathtub, floor polishing material, and also Heavy duty scouring pad.

Bale-opener→ Pre-opener →Big cabinet blender →Main opener→ Vibrating fiber Feeder →Double cylinder double doffer double random carding machine →Cross lapper →CBF→pre-needle punching →needle punching → needle punching → cutting &winding machine
