The S-type spunbond nonwoven production line is a polypropylene (PP) spunbond nonwoven line equipped with a single spinning beam. Its core processes include melt spinning, air drafting, web forming and hot-roll calendering. With PP pellets as the main raw material, the line forms a continuous filament web through precision temperature control and air drafting, and then produces high-strength, well-uniformity spunbond nonwovens via hot-roll consolidation. These nonwovens are widely used in furniture, packaging, agriculture and other fields.
