Bale Opener:

Function: Open the fiber and weigh fiber electronically,it can be combined with sveral units together to mix different type of fibers.

 

Carding Machine:

Function:It is disigned with single cylinder or double cylinder and double doff,fiber is sent from front cylinder to middle doff and main cylinder through rollers,each cylinder have 4-5 sets of carding rollers,after many times of carding than feed to the curtain on the cross lapper.
