The main equipment of non-woven production line includes melt spinneret, draft machine, directional machine, coiler, cutting machine and so on. Among them, the melt spinneret is the core equipment of the non-woven fabric production line, which is made of non-woven fabric by melting the polymer and spraying the filaments, and then through cooling, drafting, orientation and other processes. The drafting machine and the orienting machine are used for stretching and orienting nonwovens to improve their physical properties. Coiler and cutter are used to roll or cut the non-woven fabric to the required size.
Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
